This cake is consistently excellent, a perfect gf cake. However, it is now four stars instead of five because of the change to strawberry jam. I would love it if Mariposa went back to the fresh strawberries in the middle.
Tasted great! Perfect blend of white cake and strawberries. My brother has Celiac and I am so grateful for all the tasty Mariposa treats.

As always Mariposa cake was delicious. We used this as our wedding cake, I was perfect.
I always get this cake for my wife's birthday and she says it's the only cake she's ever had that doesn't make her feel like she's "missing out on cake". And honestly, we all love it.

As always Mariposa cake was delicious. We used this as our wedding cake, I was perfect.
Bought this because I was not able to order a wedding cake during the holidays. Was rather surprised that for $50 it was only a 6" cake and that brown was the only color available for the printing. After defrosting, for 4 hours, the frosting was sort of wavy and not smooth. Cake was tasty. Way too much plastic packaging for everything (I stopped a week earlier for pastries) at the bakery. Once upon a time there was much more cardboard packaging at Mariposa. Save our landfills (& our trash bills).
