How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Same-day ordering is not available on this website yet — please call the bakeshop on (510) 595-0955 for a same-day order. Orders placed here are scheduled for a pickup date and time you choose in your cart.
To be guaranteed a large quantity of a particular item, order ahead — orders from this website must be placed by 2pm the weekday (Monday-Friday) before the day of pick-up.
What is the best way to contact you?

Do you deliver or do you offer Curbside Pickup?
We do not deliver. But we do offer Curbside Pickup at our Oakland Bakeshop — call us at 510-595-0955 ext 108 to arrange it.
We suggest you arrange with a courier service if you absolutely need a local Bay Area delivery. You can order our products for Mail Order on this website and have them shipped to your door.
How can I place a pick-up order?
The easiest way to order is right here on this website, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Or you may also call in an order by phone. Please have your address, phone number and credit card information ready when placing order. Contact our customer service at 510-595-0955 ext 108, 9am-5pm M-F PST
How can I cancel a pick-up order?
We understand that plans can change. A pre-order is eligible for cancellation and refund when you give us more than 24 hours' notice before your scheduled pick-up date and time. Call us at: 510-595-0955 ext 108
If an order is not collected on its pickup date, we freeze the items and contact you. Please aim to collect it within three days; call us if you need longer.
How can I change my order?

Can I place a pick-up order for lunch or breakfast items?
Most of our breakfast and lunch items are made at the counter in our Oakland bakeshop and are not sold online — see the Cafe Menu. Items that show an Add to cart button can be ordered right here on this website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal for online orders for pick-up. In our bakeshops, we accept cash, VISA, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
Will I get an order confirmation online?
Yes, after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. An order number will be provided to you in these confirmations to reference your order. You do not need this confirmation to pick up your order -- We just need your name as a reference!
