Return Policy
Mariposa ships perishable baked goods. As such, we DO NOT accept returns on food. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on e-gift or in store cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may provide refunds for packages that do not make it to their destination as a transit failure by the carrier.
We are not able to reship packages if the first package isn't received due to shipping problems with the carrier or an address that is undeliverable for some reason. If you are not able to receive shipments, we will not be able to ship to you.
Mariposa is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information provided; or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package. Mariposa is also not responsible for damage or loss due to improper receiving, storage or handling after delivery.
