Savory Bacon Loaf

This bread was honestly so delicious!

The flavor is beautiful and the perfect amount of bacon.

Recipient said this was the best bread he has eaten. Others stated that they couldn't tell it was gluten free. Excellent product.

First, the bacon and cheese flavor is fantastic. The texture of the bread is really nice as well. My guess is that comes from the eggs in the dough. I will definitely buy this one again.

This bread is so savory and delicious you can just eat it on its own.

You can smell the bacony flavor as soon as you open the package, love it, love it, love it and I'm not a big bacon lover. The occasional black olive on top, fantastico. You can eat this bread fresh out of the pack without toasting it. Outstanding.

Most gf bread is dry and crumbly but Mariposa has found the secret to making delicious gf bread with a great texture. This loaf is so yummy that I even share it with my husband who can eat gluten. He enjoys it too!

We really liked this little loaf and plan to make it part of our regular orders!

This little loaf has become a favorite, not only for me but also for my husband who doesn't have to be gluten free. That is saying a lot! We both love it toasted. As others have said, the loaf is small but mighty. A larger loaf would be welcome, but this will be on every Mariposa order I make. Thank you, Mariposa, for providing such wonderful choices to those of us who have to be gluten free.

This is a very tasty loaf. Not as heavy on the bacon flavor as I would have though but savory and delicious all the same. I just it for breakfast sandwiches and it isn't too dense. It's just lovely, a new favorite!

Gf bread that taste better than normal bread is a hard find. - The bacon loaf has so much flavor and moisture. Goes great with ANY meal. This will be my go-to loaf to buy in every order.. it's WORTH IT.

This gluten free bacon bread is great. It toasts up really nice for grilled cheese. and does taste savory. The reason I’m giving it a 4/5 stars is because it is a tiny loaf, the slices are smaller than Schär’s artisanal bread and there isn’t enough bacon to call it a bacon loaf. My advice would be to add a lot more bacon and maybe even use bacon grease in the dough.

Outstanding bread, was expecting a little more bacon flavor but the bread was superb.

This is such a wonderful idea for a special bread! I wish nutrition info was available so I knew the fat details, but I have enjoyed it sparingly, so guilt free. It is delicious toasted!

Overall the bread was really tasty with great texture, toasted wonderfully. Downside barely any bacon to be seen or tasted in the loaf.

This was good just not what I expected

could have more bacon chips in the loaf. Mine had only a few. the loaf had a good flavor.

I tried this Savory Bacon Loaf for the first time and found it to be delicious. I made grilled cheese sandwiches with it and enjoyed them. It was also good as BLT.

This is one of my favorites from Mariposa. Just the right amount of cheese and bacon in this loaf. Perfect for a side with a bowl of soup, amazing as part of a breakfast sandwich. They freeze well also. Keep these on the menu!

I love it. It was shipped to me (East coast) and I froze it right away but I was worried it would not thaw out well. But it did by wrapping in parchment and then foil and heating up for about 20 minutes at 350. It was perfect softness and so yummy!

Thank you for making this bread! For years I've watched my husband eat these delicious looking and smelling specialty breads. Now I have my own!

the savory bacon loaf is an inspired and well executed bread that blends seamlessly into any meal of the day, but inevitably finds it’s forever home as a hearty snack above all else. two thumbs up.

This is the second (third?) time I've ordered this bread and I love that it will last in the fridge at least a week..and also makes great toast and sandwiches.
