Water, GF flour (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour, sunflower seed flour), org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains sunflower seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy and sesame.

My go to bread

I buy this 2 loaves at a time and pull out what I need. This bread is delicious, toasts well and makes a great sandwich. Many gf options can be grim or dry but this is the real deal.

I prefer this to the batard - French toast anyone?

As far as I can tell, the main difference between this and the sandwich batard is that I can use these slices all the way to the end while the batard gets smaller on both sides. The bread has a nice heft and texture. Not like some of the national GF brands that would float away if you don't hold them down.

In addition to sandwiches, I use this product for French toast and cinnamon bread (butter one side, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar, then broil until the top is crunchy.
