Ingredients

Water, GF flour (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour, sunflower seed flour), org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains sunflower seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refridgerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Delicious treat

This bread is such a treat. I purchased to have in the house over the holidays as my daughter who is also gluten free was home. We really enjoyed it!

My favorite bread

Mariposa’s Sandwich Bread is the best bread I’ve eaten. That it’s gluten free is a bonus for me, and a surprise to my non-GF family who have tried it. Toasting not only brings out the flavor, but it lets the nooks and crannies be the star of the show. It’s like an English Muffin, only better!!

A little dense, but it’s hard to make GF bread that is light AND tastes good. It’s great when toasted or baked and it’s still my favorite sandwich bread.
