Ingredients: GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour, sunflower seed flour), water, org palm oil shortening, org cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Contains sunflower seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy and sesame.

Diagnosed with celiac in 1951, yah I’m old. I have tried more gf bread than I care to remember . This is the best, tasty and crisp when toasted. I am going to now have to buy bird seed.

It molded after two days of receipt. I don't think I received a fresh loaf. First time any product I have ordered went bad.

This is the closest I’ve found to a sourdough bread. Being celiac- I have not found another GF bread even close. I don’t bother eating anything else.
