'Rye' Round

My favorite item. "Rye" gf bread, especially a really good one like this, is a rarity.

This rye bread is the best ever! It makes the best sandwiches!

I had just begun enjoying the rustic breads and breads such as rye and pumpernickel when I discovered I had to eliminate gluten. It's a joy to have them back in my life now. I really like the flavor and the consistency of your rye bread. It works very well for sandwiches and for toast. It doesn't fall apart on me like many gluten free breads do.

My favorite, definitely needs to be toasted. The seeds bring me back to the days when I could eat regular bread this is definitely a winner, top notch.

Best Gluten Free Rye Bread!

I've been GF for 5 years and this is the best bread I have ever had. Simply delicious with great texture. It would be hard for anyone to tell it was actually gluten free. Well done!

The first time I purchased this bread was about 15 years ago at the Ferry building in San Francisco, I felt so fortunate to come across their little kiosk. Being newly G/F I was thrilled to find Mariposa and all the goodies the offer. If you are gluten free and love "rye" bread this is for you. It makes amazing grilled cheese & croutons. Enjoy

I use most of my rye rounds to make Ruben’s with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut with various dressings and Dijon style mustard depending on what ai have on hand. This bread holds up well when grilling, unlike some of the other brands of GF rye I’ve tried. The ends of the rounds are great toasted or turned into avocado toasts.

I buy the rye bread for my mom and have it shipped to her every 6 weeks to Florida. She loves it. I have never been a fan my entire life but now when I go visit her she only has GF bread in the house and it’s the rye bread it had shipped. I love it toasted. I don’t even know it’s rye bread.

The gf rye round is so delicious. It tastes and feels like normal bread. I absolutely love it and will continue to order!

When I order from Mariposa a staple of that order is always the rye bread. Next up is purchasing sauerkraut, thousand islands dressing, corned beef and Swiss. That’s the best sandwich in the world. (IMHO). Open faced or closed, it’s a treat.

Mariposa does a wonderful job with this bread. It makes yummy toast, mostly with butter and cherry jam. It’s a must have for every order.

When I first tried this bread I was amazed at the rich taste of rye bread. I've been buying this bread on a regular basis for 2 years and don't plan on stopping.

This faux rye bread holds together when toasted for up to two weeks when traveling and makes overseas travel for a GF person easy.

I only wish the loaves could be shaped more like conventional bread because the oval shape means that the slices near each end get very small. Still it has been my go-to GF bread for more than a decade now.

When you think of the taste of rye bread, most likely you are thinking of caraway seeds. They have a strong characteristic flavor. So yes, the "rye" bread actually tastes like rye bread and has the same weight and texture that I remember from my youth (how's that for poetic). I buy this product 3-6 at a time.

The bread is perfect for ham and swiss, pastrami with mustard, and my all-time favorite, The Reuben. For my Reuben, toast the bread and put the corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut inside a tortilla microwave container on top of parchment paper and nuke it for 30 seconds. Add thousand island and wha-ha!
