Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), water, egg whites, canola oil, honey, yeast, xanthan gum, caraway seeds, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, grainless baking powder and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains eggs and caraway seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refridgerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.

Reubens and corned beef, we're back again!

When you think of the taste of rye bread, most likely you are thinking of caraway seeds. They have a strong characteristic flavor. So yes, the "rye" bread actually tastes like rye bread and has the same weight and texture that I remember from my youth (how's that for poetic). I buy this product 3-6 at a time.

The bread is perfect for ham and swiss, pastrami with mustard, and my all-time favorite, The Reuben. For my Reuben, toast the bread and put the corned beef, cheese, and sauerkraut inside a tortilla microwave container on top of parchment paper and nuke it for 30 seconds. Add thousand island and wha-ha!
