Enjoy fresh or refrigerate up to 7 days. As our cakes do not contain preservatives, we store them frozen to maintain freshness. From frozen, allow cake to come to refrigerated temperature, about 3-4 hours, before enjoying.

B Chvany Delicious cake with a moist crumb that is not too sweet and feeds 8 to 10. Great for dessert, for a tea, or even a rich coffee cake. Would buy again.
