Ingredients: Sour cream, GF flour blend (Org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, pistachios), org. unrefined cane sugar, unsalted butter, eggs, natural pistachio compound, baking powder, baking soda, guar gum, vanilla extract and sea salt. Streusel Ingredients: Brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon.

All the delightful properties you want in your bundt: slightly crunchy outside, beautifully soft inside, with a gorgeous ribbon of nutty-streuselly goodness running through. Mmmmmmmmm

Too Sweet, and a lLttle Dry

Because my diet is shifting, sweet things taste too sweet, or maybe this cake is just too sweet. I was disappointed by how dry it was, as I've ordered other cakes from Maripossa, and they are delightfully moist and have a "real" cake-like texture (including coffee cakes, which this reminded me of). Won't get it again.
