Mariposa’s Egg Replacer is a plant-based alternative to eggs, perfect for baking and cooking. Our egg replacer mimics the binding and leavening properties of eggs. Ideal for vegans, those with egg allergies, or anyone looking to make items egg-free.

Instructions for Use: To replace one egg, use 1 1/2 tsp of egg replacer in 2 TBSP warm water. Whisk to combine, then let sit 1 minute before adding to recipe.
