Officially the best cookie!

These have become dangerous to have around! CC cookies are my absolute favorite and these hit every sweet tooth spot. The flavor is fantastic - but the texture is what gets me every time. They’re the perfect combination of soft, crunchy, and chewy. They’re substantial in size so one is satisfying … until the next one! I wish they made these in larger batches (like a dozen)! They also freeze and keep well .. if they last long enough to make it to the freezer :)

I liked this version better than the last time I ordered. Softer. I would still like more chocolate or bigger chips. Yup I get getting gluten free chips is a limiting factor, sigh.

During a trip to SF I visited the Ferry building in SF. Mariposa was a delightful surprise. I live in Sacramento and so pleased to discovered they ship. I order a couple of bags and keep them in the freezer. Pop one in the toaster oven to defrost and enjoy. They taste wonderful and I feel “normal”
