Sour cream, org. unrefined cane sugar, unsalted butter, org. brown rice flour, eggs, powdered sugar, potato starch, sweet rice flour, org. lemon juice, tapioca starch, lemon zest, baking soda, grainless baking powder, guar gum, pure lemon oil and sea salt.

I’m truly addicted to this cake. The icing, using Meyer Lemon, is a perfect tart sweet. And the texture of the cake itself is a perfect complement to the frosting, dense but light tasting. If you can avoid eating it all at once, it freezes and thaws beautifully. Best cake ever.
