This is a Wonderfully, Tart yet sweet-flakey cake to use for special celebrations.

The California lemon cake is delightfully light and delicious. I love the true lemon flavor unlike other lemon products I’ve tried that have an artificial taste. I highly recommend it. This is the fourth time I’ve ordered it, and it never disappoints.

Delicious and not too sweet

This cake is tangy sweet and hits all the delightful citrus notes you expect from a lemon cake. The glaze is delicious. However, it is teeny tiny, and veryyyy high in sugar for the size, I recommend to consume in little slices.

The lemon cake is light & moist with just the right amount of lemon flavor.

So scrumptious! Freezes beautifully and pairs well with vanilla yogurt or ice cream. I'm gluten-free and my husband is not GF, yet we can both enjoy slices of your lemon cake. He does suggest a little more glaze icing! Thank you all.

Really tasty. The lemon flavor is great, forward but not tart and the frosting is delicious too.

I have Celiac and finding foods that I don't have to cook is a pain. I found Mariposa Bakery. Everything that I have tried is so awesome. I can't get enough of the cinnamon rolls.

I loved the flavor but it was a very dry product.

Lemon was the best but for the lemony taste was not as strong as I thought it would be. I really enjoyed it with my tea and coffee.

I’m truly addicted to this cake. The icing, using Meyer Lemon, is a perfect tart sweet. And the texture of the cake itself is a perfect complement to the frosting, dense but light tasting. If you can avoid eating it all at once, it freezes and thaws beautifully. Best cake ever.

Moist, fresh, tasty lemon cake

My daughter, Katy, has had to change her diet due to certain health issues, and one of them is that she has to eat GF, soy free foods. You don't know how hard that is to do. The foods that you used to like are now off limits and trying to find places or food companies that can make their GF items taste halfway delicious is almost impossible. Well, the impossible has happened. Mariposa product so delicious. I am so glad I found this place. I purchased your croissants, lemon cakes, and those cute little polar bears. OMG! She loved them-fYi, I purchased them for her from Christmas. So, now she is saying that for her birthday which is on April 5, she wants those same items again but if I didn't want to spend too much, then at least get her the croissants!
