chocolat de pain is delicious, cinnamon rolls texture way too dense

I recently found Mariposa Baking Co delivers gluten free chocolat de pain, and they are delicious, about 98% of a "real" one. I also got the Brunch gift kit which had 2 sour cream coffee cakes (really good) and cinnamon rolls (not great). The cinnamon rolls are very dense, not what I was expecting for a cinnamon roll. I still ate it, and will eat the remaining 3 but will not be ordering them again. If not for the very dense texture on the cinnamon rolls I would have given them a 5. Get the chocolat de pain ... 5 stars for those yummy treats.

Cinnamon Rolls were and coffee cake, were each delicious. Texture was no different than non-gf cakes. Will definitely order again
