Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), org rice milk, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, canola oil, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Filling Ingredients: Brown sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, cinnamon and GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch).
Glaze Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar and water.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

To warm, place in 350F toaster oven for 5 minutes.

I absolutely love the cinnamon rolls!

I visited SF last year and stopped by this shop as I found it by googling and it has been a whole mission of mine to keep cinnamon rolls and croissants in stock at home. I ship them to Maryland whenever I am about to run out my kids non-GF all eat them and I have not found anything to top Mariposa Bakery!.

Best cinnamon rolls!

These cinnamon rolls are moist ,chewy ,in the best way ,sweet, but still have a good bread taste, with just the right amount of icing. There’s nothing dry or crumbly about the dough. They taste the most like a gluten containing cinnamon roll that I’ve had in 15 years.

Definitely a gluten free cinnamon roll

The cinnamon rolls have both the taste and texture of a gluten free cinnamon roll. They aren’t fooling anyone. It was my fault that I got my hopes too high. I really miss the cinnamon rolls from before my diagnosis but I don’t think that’s possible. They’re bready and taste yeasty. If that’s your jam, these are the cinnamon rolls for you.
