Ingredients: GF Flour Blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and org amaranth flour), org rice milk, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, org palm oil, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, non-GMO potato fibre and ascorbic acid.

Filling ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar, almond meal, plant-based buttery spread, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), egg whites and almond extract.

Topped With: Almonds, org cane sugar and cinnamon.

These were tasty but need to be softened up in the microwave with a wet paper towel.

Bear claw

I heated these bear claws up in the over. At 350 for 29 minutes. Added some butter and they were absolutely delicious.

Not fan of these, unfortunately

I love the almond tea loaf and the almond crescents, but the bear claw falls short for me. The almond center is too sweet and the bear claw bread itself has a disappointing ‘gluten free’ taste. It’s hard to make gf goods taste like gluten baking - I think I’ll stick to the almond flour items from now on as they are wonderful.

Delicious but very sweet in

I love the almond flavor and the nuts but they are so big they make a full meal. Also they are just a little too sweet for my taste.

These bear claws are good! Thank you for making them available via mail order. Please consider extending their availability into the fall, before the holiday season. Will definitely purchase again!

Not A Coffee Drinker

I liked the Bear Claws but I like the Raspberry Croissants better. I prefer the raspberry taste and both have the same delightful sweet filling, I really toasted the first Bear Claw (on a pan). The bottom was still cool/cold. The second one I toasted lightly then lightly microwaved to warm up the interior. This was much better. The Bear Claws are not too sweet. Not sure I will buy again.
