Sour cream, org unrefined cane sugar, unsalted butter, org brown rice flour, eggs, brown sugar, walnuts, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, baking soda, grainless baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, guar gum and sea salt.

Amazing! Can’t believe it’s gluten free.

Perfect with coffee

Tasty and though small it has the right portion of cinnamon swirl. I froze mine and pulled out just the portion I wanted with a cup of coffee. Freezes very well.
