My brother is gluten free and I wanted to get him something special he could eat for Christmas morning while the rest of us had something homemade. This was fantastic. It’s moist, has great flavor and the crumbs were perfectly sweet, cinnamony and crunchy. You’d never know it’s gluten free!

THE REAL DEAL

This crumb cake is addictively good. Just like real New York crumb cake. So tasty. Only thing I could suggest to improve it would be to adjust the crumb to cake ratio to make it slightly more cake to slightly less crumb. But even if you leave it just the way it is, I'm gonna have a hard time sticking to my diet.

It was not tasting good. It was difficult to cut, so much topping, and cake part was very dense. I love Mariposa food, this was not what I was expecting.

Delicious taste of home

It has been so long since I had a crumb cake. I fondly remember my grandfather going to the local bakery in New York and bringing back a fresh crumb cake. This cake brought me right back to my grandparents’ kitchen table. The crumb to cake ratio was high, and the cake itself was buttery and rich. The cinnamon in the buttery crumb top was perfect. It was so good! The size of the cake was smaller than I was expecting, but it is so rich, you don’t need big pieces.
