Not a bagel.

Dry, crumbly. Cream cheese destroys them. Toasting tenders them in useable. Doesn't taste like a bread, too cakey. Won't buy again. Frozen GF brands are way better.

These were very bread like, didn't have the right chew. The sesame seeds tasted good but I should've listened to other reviewers.
Just buy the other stuff (croissants), and you'll be happy

I was excited to try these, but they are definitely more bread like than bagel in my opinion.

Was not that impressed - but your mileage may vary - wildly

My main GF bagel supplier lost some machinery for a few months and I ordered these as a backup. They are bagel-shaped bread and I prefer the New York style "break your teeth biting them" heft.

If you like a lighter bagel like many of the chains offer, this is for you. If you want a bagel you can use for hand to hand combat, you may be disappointed.
