Not for me

I was excited to try these, but they are definitely more bread like than bagel in my opinion.

Was not that impressed - but your mileage may vary - wildly

My main GF bagel supplier lost some machinery for a few months and I ordered these as a backup. They are bagel-shaped bread and I prefer the New York style "break your teeth biting them" heft.

If you like a lighter bagel like many of the chains offer, this is for you. If you want a bagel you can use for hand to hand combat, you may be disappointed.
