Water, GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), eggs, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, ascorbic acid and beet fiber. Raisin Challah contains California raisins.

I loved the plain challah even though both loaves I got had rather large holes. It's still my favorite challah. And the raisin loaf makes the most delicious toast.
