Raspberry Almond Croissant

Warming them up in a convection oven took longer than 5 minutes but once the middle was warmed through, they were very delicious. My son with celiac was so excited to be able to eat a croissant again!

Delicious blend of almond and raspberry. Definitely a special treat!

These raspberry almond croissants are lovely. They are perfect as is, even having been flown cross country, but I can't resist adding a bit of raspberry preserves to the pillowy-goodness of these croissants. Really good!

I put in a huge shipping order twice a year, freeze the croissants and other baked goods in smaller portions and then eat them when my family eats their gluten-filled treats. Honestly, I think I get the better end of the deal. These are phenomenal.

But it was too oily! I couldn't even finish one.

I love all of Mariposa's pastries, but the raspberry almond croissants are my favorite! So delicious!!

My 85-year-old mother has very much missed pastries since her gluten intolerance. I’ve tried baked goods from everywhere trying to make her happy and was so unsuccessful that I almost thought it was impossible. Then I found you. Buttery, flavorful, not overly sweet

This is my first croissants since my celiac diagnosis over four years ago. I order these and the chocolate to have shipped to me in St. Louis for the holidays. They are delicious. Everyone loved them. Went perfect with brunch. I have already reordered for myself. They freeze well. Such a nice treat.

What a wonderful treat!! Takes me back to the raspberry rows at my mom’s house. I love the texture and the taste. I usually get these and freeze them. Pop them in the air fryer on reheat 300 degrees for 15 minutes and they are amazing. They are even better if never frozen. I sure wish I knew how to make these!!

This is my first croissant since celiac diagnosis 4 1/2 years ago. This was just delightful. I ordered for christmas brunch and everyone loved them.

I get a pack of these raspberry almond croissants for Mother’s Day every year and so look forward to them. They are the closest thing to a European pastry I’ve found in a gluten free form. It’s an amazing treat to have the ability to get something so special gluten free and shipped to my home!

The flavor is good, but after freezing for 4 days upon arrival and thawing in refrigerator overnight, they were soggy.

These croissants were divine. They tasted like something direct from Paris, great texture and flavor. I'll definitely be ordering more of these!!

These raspberry almond croissants were so delicious, I haven’t been able to have much of anything pastry like since having to become GF, and there’s no bakeries near me in my state that make any. They were so flaky and tasty, and I’m so grateful they both make them and ship! 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend highly to anyone!

I sent this to my good friend in California. I am currently in Texas. I sent it to help her celebrate her birthday. The day she got home it was on her door step and while enjoying it with the sunset that evening she said it made it the best day ever. Thanks for keeping your doors open and ovens on!!!!
