GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org milk, unsalted butter, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, beet fiber, vanilla extract and ascorbic acid.  
Almond Cream : Almond meal, unsalted butter, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, potato starch and almond extract.
Raspberry Conserves : Org raspberry conserves, raspberries and arrowroot starch.
Topped With: Sliced almonds.


Contains almonds, dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival.  Warm in oven to soften.  Can freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in 350 degree oven for about 4-5 min.

Almond paste?

I love these, but did you change the recipe from last year? I detect something like almond paste or marzipan, which I don’t love. But keep them baking, please! I sure appreciate your bakery.

Give me a raspberry --an Almond Croissiant Raspberry!

A burst of wonderful raspberry greeted my taste buds. The combination of the gluten-free pastry wrapped around ripe, fresh raspberry is a flavor bomb in the mouth, Then the almond hits the taste buds. I am close to heaven on earth. I reluctantly finish my croissant savored to the last bite. Umm, umm, good!
