Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org milk, unsalted butter, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, beet fiber, vanilla extract and ascorbic acid.  
Almond Cream : Almond meal, unsalted butter, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, potato starch and almond extract.
Raspberry Conserves : Org raspberry conserves, raspberries and arrowroot starch.
Topped With: Sliced almonds.

Contains almonds, dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival.  Warm in oven to soften.  Can freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in 350 degree oven for about 4-5 min.

Nice flavor

Ordered them for shipping. When they arrived, I cut them into six pieces each and froze them. A nice treat when I want something. Good flavor and not overly sweet. Since I got the chocolate ones also, I like that I can have a piece of each and get the variety of flavor.

My first bite was sublime. It tasted so good that I seriously had to restrain myself from tearing into it and gobbling it up. I decided it would taste so much better if I took small bites and enjoyed every one. I was right.

Perfect for a special treat

These are so delicious. Like a cross between a croissant and a danish because of the raspberry/almond cream filling. The proportions of bread and filling are perfect, not too sweet but decadent. These fill the “something different” void from what is typically available in GF bakeries and that makes these special.
