Mariposa's moist Pumpkin Muffin hails from a recipe that won a Blue Ribbon at the New York State Fair years ago, when it wasn’t gluten-free.  Baked with pumpkin spices and semi-sweet chocolate chips, this tender muffin is a classic.

Ingredients

GF flour (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, pumpkin, eggs, soy-free semi-sweet chocolate chips, water, org palm oil, baking soda, grainless baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon and cloves.

Allergens

Contains eggs and sunflower lecithin in chocolate chips. Our artisan bakery also creates products with milk, tree-nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

To warm, place in 350F toaster oven for 5 minutes.

Delicious muffins

I love these muffins and highly recommend warming them enough to just start to melt the chocolate chips. The softened chocolate chips really add great flavor to the muffins, which are not overly sweet.

Great tasting muffin

I loved the taste and the texture of the pumpkin muffin but would love to see some crunch added to the muffin. Pumpkin seeds would be a good addition.

DELICIOUS

On the weekend, it is my cheat day every morning , I have hot chocolate with a muffin as breakfast with banana chocolate chip muffin. They are so good. I look forward to my cheat day every week. Mariposa bakery taste so good.
