Mariposa's light and airy pizza crust is our gluten-free version of a NY-style pizza crust. It loves hot ovens and supports as many toppings as you can imagine on your favorite pizza!
Water, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org palm oil, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, yeast, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and ascorbic acid.
No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy.
Freeze up to 6 months.
Preheat oven to 400⁰. Top frozen crust with sauce and toppings of choice. Bake pizza directly on rack or pizza stone until hot and cheese has melted, approx 8-12 minutes. (Do not bake on cardboard.)
