- Mariposa's light and airy pizza crust is our gluten-free version of a NY-style pizza crust. It loves hot ovens and supports as many toppings as you can imagine on your favorite pizza!
Pizzas come untopped as parbaked crusts.
Ingredients: GF flour blend (org. brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org. amaranth flour), water, org. unrefined cane sugar, org palm oil shortening, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar and ascorbic acid.
Allergens: No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy.
Storage Info: Freeze up to 6 months.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400⁰. Top frozen crust with sauce and toppings of choice. Bake pizza directly on rack or pizza stone until hot and cheese has melted, approx 8-12 minutes. (Do not bake on cardboard.)
