Hamentashen are triangular-shaped pastries traditionally eaten during the Jewish holiday of Purim.  The three-cornered shape is said to resemble the hat of Haman, the villain in the Purim story. Hamentashen have a tender, slightly crumbly texture and a delicious contrast between the pastry and the prune or apricot filling, making them a festive and beloved treat.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org palm oil, org virgin coconut oil, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, xanthan gum, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Apricot Filling: Apricot preserve (apricots, sugar, water, fruit pectin and citric acid), dried apricots (sulphur dioxide preservative) and orange zest.

Prune Filling: California prunes (potassium sorbate preservative), brown sugar, water, orange juice and sea salt.

Allergens

Contains eggs and tree nuts (coconut oil). Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling
