Mariposa's Focaccia is a classic flatbread with a light, airy texture and crispy, golden crust.  Reworked in 2025, this rosemary-infused focaccia has a flavorful, slightly chewy bite. Our 6" x 8.5" focaccia is approx. 11 oz, and could serve 4-6.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), water, eggs, olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, fresh rosemary, ascorbic acid and beet fiber.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months

Warming Instructions

Warm in oven at 325⁰ until warm in middle. Oven temps and times vary.

Not just a bread side

I love this focaccia! I grilled tomatoes and zucchini for the base. Then added mushrooms, red onion, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese. Baked at 400. What a perfect, healthy, yummy dinner.

I usually love focaccia, this is the 1st time I ordered yours… way too much savory seasoning! I cannot stand the flavor, overwhelming to say the least… this was the very 1st time I did not love your product .

Wow!!

Oh my goodness this is the best focaccia bread EVER!!!!! After we heat it up it’s crispy on the outside and moist on the inside…then we dunk it in olive oil and sprinkle on sea salt and it’s fabulous!
