Mariposa's Focaccia is a classic flatbread with a light, airy texture and crispy, golden crust.  Reworked in 2025, this rosemary-infused focaccia has a flavorful, slightly chewy bite. Our 6" x 8.5" focaccia is approx. 11 oz, and could serve 4-6.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (tapioca starch, organic brown rice flour, potato starch, organic amaranth flour), water, eggs, olive oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, fresh rosemary, ascorbic acid and non-GMO beet or potato fibre.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months

Warm in oven at 325⁰ until warm in middle. Oven temps and times vary.
