GF flour mix (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), water, eggs, olive oil, canola oil, sea salt, xanthan gum, yeast, agave nectar, apple cider vinegar, fresh rosemary, garlic and ascorbic acid.

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze up to 1 month

My favorite bread ever!!

This focaccia is absolutely fantastic and is one of my very favorite products to order from Mariposa bakery. It's delicious warmed in the oven and then dipped in lightly salted olive oil, served alongside a hearty winter soup or even next to a salad.

I also really appreciate that it's dairy free. Thank you Mariposa for creating and stocking this wonderful and versatile bread!
