Ingredients

Ingredients: GF flour blend (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), unsalted butter, org.unrefined cane sugar, eggs, buttermilk, guar gum, sea salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Crumb Topping: GF flour blend (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), unsalted butter, org. unrefined sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and sea salt.

Allergens

Contains eggs and milk. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Enjoy at room temperature.

May also reheat to warm.

To Warm: Remove plastic lid and any tape. Cake is in bakeable tray. Warm in 325F oven for 5-8 minutes or until warmed through.

Not the best item

It was not tasting good. It was difficult to cut, so much topping, and cake part was very dense. I love Mariposa food, this was not what I was expecting.

Delicious taste of home

It has been so long since I had a crumb cake. I fondly remember my grandfather going to the local bakery in New York and bringing back a fresh crumb cake. This cake brought me right back to my grandparents’ kitchen table. The crumb to cake ratio was high, and the cake itself was buttery and rich. The cinnamon in the buttery crumb top was perfect. It was so good! The size of the cake was smaller than I was expecting, but it is so rich, you don’t need big pieces.

Not as good as I expected. More crumb than cake. Not moist, not really cake.
