We developed our Country Batard several years ago for a local coffee shop that now has dozens of outlets and serves up their GF sandwich options on this fantastic artisan loaf. Made with egg whites and our homemade, lightly toasted sunflower seed flour, we think this is a great bread for French Toast, Avocado Toast and good 'ol PB&J.
Water, GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), egg whites, org palm oil, sunflower seed flour, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar and ascorbic acid.
Contains eggs and sunflower seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and tree nuts.
