Ingredients

Org whole milk, GF flour (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), stone ground corn meal, eggs, unsalted butter, org unrefined cane sugar, grainless baking powder, sea salt, xanthan gum and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains milk and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

To warm, place in 350F toaster oven for 5 minutes.

I love the convenience of these muffins, especially the individual packaging. These also freeze well so I can always have cornbread on hand, which is a time-saver if I don't have the opportunity to make my own recipe. The only reservation I have is the texture. Unlike most cornbread, these are not dense with a sense of detecting the corn meal, a texture I prefer from my own cornbread.

We love these muffins! They are sturdy but not dry. We fry them on the griddle and use them as buns for savory/sweet breakfast sandwiches!
