GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), org rice milk, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, canola oil, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Filling Ingredients: Brown sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, cinnamon and GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch).
Glaze Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar and water.

I absolutely love the cinnamon rolls!

I visited SF last year and stopped by this shop as I found it by googling and it has been a whole mission of mine to keep cinnamon rolls and croissants in stock at home. I ship them to Maryland whenever I am about to run out my kids non-GF all eat them and I have not found anything to top Mariposa Bakery!.

I have been buying these for years; first from the Ferry Building location when we lived in the Bay Are, and now, via mail order.
They are amazing considering the lack of gluten. Every family member love these whether or not they are gluten free.
