GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), org rice milk, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, canola oil, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Filling Ingredients: Brown sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, cinnamon and GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch).
Glaze Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar and water.

I absolutely love the cinnamon rolls!

I visited SF last year and stopped by this shop as I found it by googling and it has been a whole mission of mine to keep cinnamon rolls and croissants in stock at home. I ship them to Maryland whenever I am about to run out my kids non-GF all eat them and I have not found anything to top Mariposa Bakery!.

Delicious

The GF baked goods were for our guests from NY. They were very surprised at how tasty everything was. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, but the frosting a tad too sweet. All other items we ordered, the croissants, cream filled chocolate cupcakes and cookies were also delicious and favorites of our guests and was enjoyed by everyone.
