Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), org rice milk, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, org palm oil, canola oil, yeast, xanthan gum, grainless baking powder, sea salt, vanilla extract, baking soda and apple cider vinegar.
Filling Ingredients: Brown sugar, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, cinnamon and GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch).
Glaze Ingredients: Non-GMO powdered sugar and water.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

To warm, place in 350F toaster oven for 5 minutes.

I absolutely love the cinnamon rolls!

I visited SF last year and stopped by this shop as I found it by googling and it has been a whole mission of mine to keep cinnamon rolls and croissants in stock at home. I ship them to Maryland whenever I am about to run out my kids non-GF all eat them and I have not found anything to top Mariposa Bakery!.

If I got this in store, it would have been a 5

Absolutely delicious! My only complaint is that when you have them shipped and then heat, all of the glaze melts off before the bun is warm enough to really enjoy. When shipping, it might be better if the glaze is provided separately, so you can warm the bun and then add the glaze.

Cinnamon rolls

I found the cinnamon rolls to be a little dense and heavy. I had to heat them in the microwave. The oven melted the icing and left the interior cold!
