Mariposa’s Chocolate Caramel Crackers are sweet and salty perfection. Made with pieces of gluten-free matzo, we’ve layered melt-in-your-mouth caramel with rich and smooth semisweet chocolate. Topped with toasted almonds and sprinkled with sea salt, this crunchy confection is a wonderful dessert to share. 

These are prone to melting in warm temperatures.  Please do not order if temps are over 80F.

Ingredients

Semisweet chocolate, unsalted butter, brown sugar, GF matzo (tapioca starch, water, potato starch, potato flakes, palm oil, honey, egg yolks, natural vinegar, salt), sliced almonds, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Contains milk, nuts, eggs and honey. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store at room temp (under 80 degrees) up to one month or freeze up to six months.
