We've tweaked our Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe again - reverting back to our recipe from 2019 when ingredients were plentiful and there were no shortages.  The cookie, while not quite as soft as a regular chocolate chip (as the gluten helps there) is chocolatey and quite good.

Ingredients

GF cookie blend (rice flour, cane sugar, potato flour, tapioca starch, plant fiber, baking soda, salt, natural vanilla flavor), soy-free semisweet chocolate chips, soy-free Earth Balance buttery spread, eggs, brown sugar, water and guar gum.

Allergens

Contains eggs and sunflower lecithin in semisweet chocolate chips. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Fabulous everything perfect from cookies, bread. Croutons, and all items for allergies and foid to eat. Ordered fir many years and friends that aren't Celiac enjoy.

During a trip to SF I visited the Ferry building in SF. Mariposa was a delightful surprise. I live in Sacramento and so pleased to discovered they ship. I order a couple of bags and keep them in the freezer. Pop one in the toaster oven to defrost and enjoy. They taste wonderful and I feel “normal”
