Brushed With: Heavy cream.

Good, probably better at the store

I love the idea of these scones and realize that GF flours have a different texture. However, traveling across the country probably results in some loss of what are fantastic pastries. My husband and I have embarked on the GLP1 train in addition to being GF due to my intolerance, so the savory pastries are more of what we like. Sweet stuff is just too sweet. Can't wait to try then in person next time we are in the Bay Area.
