Ingredients

Water, GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), eggs, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, ascorbic acid and beet fiber. May also contain sesame seeds.

Allergens

Contains eggs and may contain sesame seeds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy and soy.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in convection oven at 300⁰ until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.

This challah was so good that my family didn't believe it was gluten free. I put it in the oven for a few minutes before we ate it and it was fabulous.
but even better than the challah- is the amazing customer service and personal care from Mariposa. I ordered three more of the challah and the next batch was a bit dry. I sent a note to Mariposa just as an FYI,and they immediately followed up, checked the batch, and sent me new ones. the new ones arrived today and are fabulous. super appreciate the amazing baked goods from Mariposa and now I'm an even more loyal customer after feeling the personalized care they showed me.

Challah is amazing

I really miss challah from my gluten days, and this is such a welcome version without gluten or dairy! It really captures the yeasty and fluffy crumb of its glutened brethren.
