This soft, slightly sweet, egg bread has a golden crust. Baked on Fridays for traditional Shabbat dinners, Mariposa's challah is available plain or topped with sesame seeds.
Water, GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), eggs, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, ascorbic acid and beet fiber. May also contain sesame seeds.

Warm in convection oven at 300⁰ until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.
