We reworked our Butter Croissant last year to make it flakier and even better than before.  We suggest warming this classic French pastry in a toaster oven to lightly crisp.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org milk, unsalted butter, eggs, org unrefined cane sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, sea salt, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Allergens

Contains dairy and eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in toaster oven to soften.

THE BEST Gluten Free Butter Croissants ever!

Croissants are one of the hardest bakery items to make that come close to regular croissants. Mariposa magically creates the best GF croissants, so buttery and flakey, and delicious! I have ordered them twice now, and they were shipped quickly (frozen, easily thawed) and made a birthday celebration so delightful. I highly recommend Mariposa and the Butter Croissants!

How come by translator gives up on changing croissant to French?

Like a few other Mariposa products, I buy multiple packs at a time and toss them in the freezer. These are amazing on their own, with butter, jam, or even as a ham and swiss sandwich. They are buttery, flaky, and totally amazing.

I only have one small complaint and that is I think multiple orders could ship in a large carefully-packed plastic bag instead of using the gold plates and doilies in each pack. I feel really bad tossing them out when I repack to put into the freezer.
