THE BEST Gluten Free Butter Croissants ever!

Croissants are one of the hardest bakery items to make that come close to regular croissants. Mariposa magically creates the best GF croissants, so buttery and flakey, and delicious! I have ordered them twice now, and they were shipped quickly (frozen, easily thawed) and made a birthday celebration so delightful. I highly recommend Mariposa and the Butter Croissants!

Not even close to a croissant

I don’t know if I got a bad batch but these “croissants” were pretty bad. They were like bad bread rolls shaped like croissants. They weren’t flakey or chewy. I put them in the oven for about 5-6 minutes to give them a fair chance. I’ve had Schär’s gluten free croissants which are hard to find near me and they’re amazing and are pretty accurate to real croissants. These were really disappointing and in my opinion, they were no where near a croissant. For the price, I’d expect some quality control and as a baker myself, I wouldn’t sell these.
