GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), water, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refridgerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in convection oven at 400⁰ until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.

Mariposa baguettes are probably the best gluten-free baguettes I've bought in the 18 years I have been gluten-free. Good texture, even after baking for crostini.
