THE BEST Gluten Free Butter Croissants ever!

Croissants are one of the hardest bakery items to make that come close to regular croissants. Mariposa magically creates the best GF croissants, so buttery and flakey, and delicious! I have ordered them twice now, and they were shipped quickly (frozen, easily thawed) and made a birthday celebration so delightful. I highly recommend Mariposa and the Butter Croissants!

Best GF Croissants

Its been 19 years since I've been to bakery on the Wharf, I'm on the east coast. Ever since, I've been ordering and the butter croissants are the absolute best. As someone who's tried various GF pastries and attempted baking myself, its a rare to find one that comes close to the taste and texture of the traditional version - but Mariposa nailed it.
The croissant is buttery and has the right amount of crispness on the outside with a soft layer interior. It's truly indulgent with apple butter and morning coffee.
I order every other month for myself and my daughter in Colorado. We both enjoy all the items that Mariposa has to offer. Mariposa clearly puts care and craft into their baking. Truly appreciate it! Thanks,

BEST GF CROISSANT EVER!!!

2O+ year celiac here. Mariposa butter croissants are the absolute best gluten free croissants I've ever eaten!! Warmed up with a side of boysenberry jam and a cup of tea is a bit of heaven. Thank you!!!!!
