Mariposa's light and airy pizza crust is our gluten-free version of a NY-style pizza crust. It loves hot ovens and supports as many toppings as you can imagine on your favorite pizza!
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), water, org unrefined cane sugar, org palm oil, non-GMO extra virgin olive oil, expeller pressed non-GMO canola oil, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.
No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, eggs and soy.
Freeze up to 6 months.
Preheat oven to 400⁰. Top frozen crust with sauce and toppings of choice. Bake pizza directly on rack or pizza stone until hot and cheese has melted, approx 8-12 minutes. (Do not bake on cardboard.)
