Our rustic 12" baguette has a soft, chewy middle and a classic crust. These baguettes are ideal with soft cheeses and spreads or sliced up for garlic bread.

Please Note: Baguette should be toasted to serve.  Will not taste as good without toasting.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), water, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with eggs, tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Enjoy fresh, refridgerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Warm in convection oven at 400⁰ until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.

Best GF French Bread

Amazing, crunchy, chewy crust for GF crust contrasting with cotton candy texture inside. Crust holds up well in soups. My wife is gluten intolerant and is hooked on it. The only problem is that we occasionally eat too much.
