Sour cream, org. unrefined cane sugar, unsalted butter, org. brown rice flour, eggs, powdered sugar, potato starch, sweet rice flour, org. lemon juice, tapioca starch, lemon zest, baking soda, grainless baking powder, guar gum, pure lemon oil and sea salt.

Lovely little delicious cake

Right amount of tart and sweet and works with tea too. I quarter the cake so I don't inhale it as it's so good. The texture of the crumb is perfect. Can I have a dozen more please? Always wishing there was more after it's gone.
