We redid our biscotti box and with the new printing, brought back our Cinnamon Toast Biscotti.  For the kid in all of us - a cookie with cinnamon and sugar -- and a great crunch. What else would you need?  Comes in a box with 10 pieces.

Ingredients

Org brown rice flour, org unrefined cane sugar, eggs, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, cinnamon, guar gum, grainless baking powder, vanilla extract and sea salt.

Allergens

Contains eggs. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Store in an airtight container at room temperature until expiration date.

Finally, a good tasting gluten free Biscotti

I have been looking for a good tasting gluten free Biscotti for a while. They are not easy to find, and when you do find a Biscotti that is gluten free it usually is not very appetizing. These Mariposa gluten free Cinnamon Toast Biscottis have an excellent taste and are toasted like a Biscotti should be.
