We're in a pandemic with supply issues for ingredients ... and this particular cookie had to go thru a change. The good news is that it is still an amazing, chocolate lovers' cookie. The change is that this cookie is now made with both org palm oil and organic virgin coconut oil. Not too sweet and uber chocolaty.

Cake (org unrefined cane sugar, water, rice flour, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, potato starch, Ener-G Egg Replacer, expeller-pressed canola oil, sea salt, baking soda, natural vanilla, cocoa butter, xanthan gum, natural gluten and dairy-free flavors and grainless baking powder), soy-free semisweet chocolate chips, org palm oil, org virgin coconut oil, org unrefined cane sugar, water, egg yolks, cocoa powder, grainless baking powder and vanilla extract.

Contains eggs, tree nuts (coconut oil) and sunflower lecithin in semisweet chocolate chips. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts and soy.
