Pizza Crust

I’m 75. I have celiac disease. My dear husband took me to the Oakland Mariposa Bakery and told me to go wild. So, I did! I’ve tried to bake GF, purchase GF at the local grocer. No more! Mariposa is now my go to for GF baked goods. Please try their frozen pizza crust. Top with your favorite sauce, etc. Bake on your oven rack. You will weep with joy at that first crispy bite.

I just rec'd my first order of 6in pizza rounds. Another reviewer uses them creatively so my first was a chili dog with lots of cheddar cheese. Pan fried the dough in a bit of butter on both sides. Worked great.

I’ve tried every gf pizza, gf crust, and even gf garlic bread to recreate pizza. This crust! I’m impressed. Will order more! Thank you Mariposa

Held up great under all the veggie toppings

I had given up on gf pizza, too many went into the garbage. The size is perfect. The crust is not absorbent, so it stays firm, not mushy. I used homemade sauce on the thick side, topped with mozzarella and a little fontina cheese and just a bit of olive oil. I have found a winner. Thank you!

Finally a crust with all the things, taste, stability while loaded, chew, all of it. It is even great reheated. Unlike gluten free pizza, and bread. Y’all need to think bigger, because you beat all of them(udi canyon etc imo) In the dough category. Thank you for the hard work to create great doughs for pizza and breads.

They’re good for individual pizzas. Perfect for that! They are also great for breakfast pizza. They are tasty and definitely hold up well with all toppings. Delicious!

My granddaughter is newly diagnosed with celiacs so I bought a couple items from Mariposa Bakery to see what she might like. The pizza crusts were a win. I'll order them for her again soon.

I tried your crust in a pizza restaurant in the Bay Area on a recent visit. I ordered some before I returned home and it was just as good as in the restaurant, Gluten free pizza crust are improving all the time but yours is the best I’ve had by far.

Not my favorite. I love the croissants and the "sweets". Have totally changed my life. But, I did not enjoy the pizza crusts (had an after taste). Will not be ordering again.

Best pizza crust ever!

This is truly a perfect GF pizza crust! We love it! Delicious and holds the topping well.

You wouldn't even know it was gluten free--great texture and flavor. The oven is out, so used a fry pan and cooked and flipped like a tortilla.

Excellent product

Bought these for a GF family member who said "finally, someone gets GF pizza crust right!". Now they're a staple in her freezer and not just for pizza. They make a great flatbread-type meal also.

these crusts are the absolute best ever! you will enjoy everything about them. my husband who can eat gluten does not even think there is a difference in the taste/texture. so so good. seriously- buy them now!

I have tried many GF pizza crusts, but this is the best if you like thin crusts!
I preheat a few minutes while frozen, then add toppings. Wish they made a thicker crust one…

I make it a point to always have these delicious GF pizza crust on hand. Seriously the best tasting GF pizza crust I’ve had!

These pizza crusts are great! Honestly, most of the time I use them as flatbreads — spread a little olive oil on top and then sprinkle them with pepitas for my breakfast, and put them in the toaster oven. I love them that way. I have also warmed them to use where others might use pitas. They are of course also great for pizza!
