Our newest experiment - a Bacon Bread!  This soft, bacon, gruyere and swiss infused loaf toasts up beautifully for a savory slice of bread.  Topped with a sprinkling of black olives.  

Please Note: This loaf is packaged unsliced to keep our slicer bacon-free.

Ingredients

Water, GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), eggs, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, ascorbic acid and beet fiber.

Allergens

Contains eggs, milk and bacon. Our artisan bakery also creates products with tree nuts, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Slice and toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached.
