Lemon Almond Ricotta Tea Loaf





In our shops, we offer a Lemon Almond Ricotta Cake that is a customer favorite Spring thru Fall. One of our bakers suggested we make it into a tea loaf that we can ship.  So, we are trying that for now. This light, moist tea loaf is absolutely divine ... we hope you agree!

Ricotta cheese, org unrefined cane sugar, cage-free eggs, unsalted butter, GF flour mix (brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), grainless baking powder, vanilla extract, guar gum and sea salt. Topped with: Sliced almonds, non-GMO powdered sugar, org whole milk, org lemon juice and almond extract.

Contains eggs, milk and almonds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling
Refrigerate up to 1 week. Freeze up to 6 months. Enjoy!
