Mariposa's Panettone is a traditional Italian sweet bread that's light and flavored with raisins, candied citrus, rum and almonds.  You'll love waking up to this great bread or sharing it at brunch gatherings.  Serves 2-4 people.

Please Note: Bread should be sliced and toasted to serve.  Will not taste as good without toasting.

Ingredients

GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org almond milk, org unrefined cane sugar, org palm oil, eggs, almonds, Thompsons raisins, golden raisins, water, org honey, yeast, candied orange, candied citrus, rum extract, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, sea salt, fennel seeds and ascorbic acid.

Contains eggs and almonds. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and sesame.

Storage and Handling

Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions

Set in 300⁰ oven until warmed through, or slice and toast. Oven temperatures and times may vary.

Mariposa's Panettone is a perfect alternative to the raisin bread! I love the variety of dried fruit, especially the citrus, and nuts. I plan to order a couple more of them this week and freeze for the future when it's no longer a seasonal offering.

Its ok, I like to eat it as is usually but this one is a bit too dry and bland. It makes great toast tho.
