A classic buttermilk biscuit, golden brown, light, buttery and crispy in all the right spots. Wonderful to enjoy with jam or gluten-free gravy.

Ingredients
GF flour blend (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch), buttermilk, unsalted butter, org unrefined cane sugar, grainless baking powder, sea salt, xanthan gum and baking soda.

Storage and Handling
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

Warming Instructions 
Warm in 325F toaster oven and enjoy!  We highly recommend warming before trying as the biscuit really comes to life when warm.
