Mariposa's super-moist pumpkin muffin hails from a recipe Patti's sister made years ago to enter in the New York State Fair. The recipe won a Blue Ribbon then and in our opinion, it's still a Blue Ribbon recipe. This tantalizingly tender muffin is baked with pumpkin spices and tiny dark chocolate chips.
GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, potato starch, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch), org unrefined cane sugar, pumpkin, eggs, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter dextrose, sunflower lecithin), water, org palm oil shortening, baking soda, grainless baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Contains eggs and sunflower lecithin in chocolate chips. Our artisan bakery also creates products with dairy, soy and tree-nuts.
