Our rustic baguette has a soft, chewy middle and a classic crust. Just warm in a 400⁰ oven for a few minutes to re-crisp and re-crunch. These baguettes are ideal with soft cheeses and spreads or sliced up for garlic bread.
GF flour blend (tapioca starch, org brown rice flour, potato starch, org amaranth flour), water, org palm oil, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, beet fiber and ascorbic acid.

Warm in convection oven at 400⁰ until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.
