- Our rustic baguette has a soft, chewy middle and a classic crust. Just warm in a 400 degree oven for a few minutes to recrisp and recrunch. These baguettes are a ideal with soft cheeses and spreads or sliced up for garlic bread.
Ingredients: Water, GF flour blend (org brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, org amaranth flour), org palm oil shortening, org unrefined cane sugar, xanthan gum, yeast, sea salt, beet fiber, apple cider vinegar and ascorbic acid.
Allergens: No known allergens. Our artisan bakery also creates products with eggs, tree nuts, dairy and soy.
Storage Info: Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
To Warm: Warm in convection oven at 400 degrees until warm in middle. Or slice, then toast in toaster oven until desired color is reached. Oven temps and times vary.
